Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Review: Analyze site metrics like cycle time, COP, JHA compliance, and tool utilization.
- Supplier Improvement: Identify performance gaps and collaborate on corrective actions with suppliers.
- Root-Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot performance issues and implement real-time corrections.
- Site Visits & Planning: Plan and conduct site visits to improve performance and manage KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support customer meetings and site access.
- Process Improvement: Implement process enhancements and collaborate with automation teams.
- Supplier Relations: Build strong relationships to drive continuous improvement.
- Training: Improve and provide feedback on training materials and tool usage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes and procedures
- Experience managing contractors and construction scope estimation
- Knowledge of construction and quality standards
- Ability to enforce safety regulations (OSHA 30-hour required)
